Black Captain Falcon nods at Puck then climbs onto the truck and sits down.

Puck tucks himself into Captain's scarf, wrapping himself up to keep him warm.

Purple Toad (being the most street) asks Black Falcon to teach him the newest word on the hip-diggity. "Yo, Cap-daddy, I didn't see you was a brother."

The Eggplantman turns on the radio as he drives on.


"You guys are in for a treat! This is the first trial for a lot of you guys, and one of the most high profile ones yet! The lava chamber is a real crowd pleaser!" He excitedly goes on about the theatrics of the event, when the song on the radio is stopped.

"We interrupt your regularly scheduled broadcast for this important news bulletin: The scheduled trial and execution of war-criminal and Former Prince Peasley has been delayed, as both the lawyers for the defense and prosecution were assasinated about fifteen minutes ago. Preliminary reports say the suspect was clad in all red. King Koopa will make an official statement within the hour."

The Eggplantman lowered his head.

"I guess it's back to work for me then.... Anywhere I can drop you folks off?"

"Aw, I was so looking forward to this 'trial' thingy..." Kylee sighed. "Um, if it is okay with you... Can you drop us off at the courthouse? Or at least in the same town as it?"

(The song was good, but I don't think I got the point of it...   )

(ooc: The next time Mr. M or L appear, can we go all Sailor Moon up in here, and have him announce his presence by throwing a red/green rose and swooping in from above?)

(wouldn't it be a fire flower, not a rose?)

"Yeah, we should still go to the courthouse to see if Prince Peasley is oka-..I mean, so we can throw tomatoes at that dirty traitor. Yup. That's totally what I meant." *whispers to Capt. Falcon* "I covered that up pretty good".

"Puck why would we throw tomatoes at Peasley? Tomatoes are yummy. We should throw rocks instead."

"Because tradition that's why. Don't they still throw fruit at actors these days? Yeesh." *whispers to Kylee* "I'm tryin' to not look suspicious."

"Actors? You all have a funny way of saying 'War Criminals'!" The Eggplantman shakes his head.

"Still, I've got the day off, and I hear the guy is a real scumbag, lets go ridicule him!"

He takes a turn in his truck, and heads to the courthouse.

Puck looks back and forth between his comrades. "Sooooo...any ideas of what to do exactly when we get there?"

Kylee shook her head. "No idea... I'm not sure how we are going to help Pea-- um... I mean... Do the 'thing'?"

"Eggplant you know anything thing about the old lawyers, because I might not know law but i have a booming voice and a deep hatred for traitors!"

"Eh? They were older Koopas with a fever for money."

"So couldn't they get other old Koopas? I'm sure they have a few lying around somewhere."

"Oh sure! I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have replacement lawyers and a new court date by the end of the day!"

(Grrr... Glasses had a degree in Law! He's got some splainin to do when he turns up again!)

Puck looks to the disguised Captain Toad and whispers, "Hey could you turn your Koopa costume into like a lawyer Koopa costume? I think I've got a plan...cause I'm a genius."

(Disclaimer: Puck is not a genius. Caution is advised when going ahead with any idea concocted by Puck)

*whispers to Puck* "I need a bow tie and a suit jacket cut for a large sized gentleman."

Puck yells up to the Eggplant driver. "Hey, so uh, we have to dress all fancy for this trial stuff right? Know anywhere we can get some sweet clothes?" Captain Toad couldn't tell due to the obnoxious green glow the fairy emitted, but he was winking at the Toad.

"Yeah, there's actually a nice suit store right by the courthouse! I'll drop you off!"
And with that, the Eggplantman swings his truck into a street parking space by a mortar-damaged store. The doors are poorly barred, and when you enter, the Bean Bean tailor who runs the place winces in fear at your koopa costumes.

"Y... Yes? I hope I haven't been seen to cause any trouble!"

"We need suits my good man!" "Me!" "And something professional for my lady friends. Send the bill to the Koopa Troopa expense account."

[Roll some sort of bluff check with advantage.]

"Oh...! Of... Of course sir! I have your oder right here, Mister lakitu! I almost didn't recognise you without your goggles!"
He pulls out some forms for you to sign, it seems you have lucked out and he had an order for a party about your size and shapes!

I sign the forms. We collect our lawsuits.

"Saaay, since we're here how about some of the others get some cool clothes too? I would, but um, I don't think anything exists in my size" Puck says as he floats around the room, pretending to admire the suits while actually whispering into his companions' ears. "When we get to a safer place to talk, I'll tell you all my genius plan!"

[There are suits in all of your sizes, WHAT A COINCEDENCE!]

"Huh, so you have to dress in funny clothes to attend a trial?" Kylee asked. She was standing in front of a mirror, holding the clothing up to see how it would look.
